HDR Alaska, Inc. is performing the Hillside Area Public Water & Sewer Analysis. In response to the land use scenarios generated for the Hillside District Plan, the work team will develop options for public water and sewer on the sewer. The work team will also evaluate options to improve fire service (e.g., new fire hydrants) and will develop cost estimates for alternative water and sewer service options.
