Modifications in the Land Use Plan Map reflect issues such as:

  1. reducing the Furrow Creek boundary and showing the overlay district;
  2. dropping expansion of the commercial boundary at Potter Marsh; and
  3. amending the classifications to reflect a more diverse range of intensities. The residential categories were broken up between the 1-5 dua and the neighborhood commercial classification was renamed to Potter Marsh Special Use District. Color codes were modified to reflect appropriate intensities. Modifications to the descriptions are addressed in the report.

Issues, Goals and Choices Report

The Hillside Issues, Goals and Choices Report gives an overview of the work done to date by the Planning Team with the help and oversight of the Citizen Advisory Committee, a 13-member advisory group whose members are broadly representative of the interests, expertise and perspectives of the greater community to be affected by the Hillside District Plan. These reports will be discussed at the public workshops on October 10th and 11th.
