Public Hearing Draft Issues Response Document:

• Hillside District Plan Issue Response Document (1.06 MB)
• Modified Land Use Plan Map (479 KB), which reflects staff's reponse made in the Issue-Response Report.

Modifications in the Land Use Plan Map reflect issues such as:

1. reducing the Furrow Creek boundary and showing the overlay district;
2. dropping expansion of the commercial boundary at Potter Marsh; and
3. amending the classifications to reflect a more diverse range of intensities. The residential categories were broken up between the 1-5 dua and the neighborhood commercial classification was renamed to Potter Marsh Special Use District. Color codes were modified to reflect appropriate intensities. Modifications to the descriptions are addressed in the report.

Issues, Goals and Choices Report
