Next Steps in the Hillside Planning Process

The Hillside District Plan will continue to take shape in the coming months with the development of a framework plan.  This plan will include:

1. Policy recommendations on district-wide issues - drainage, roads, trails, wastewater, etc.
2. preliminary land use & infrastructure options for the lower hillside
3. improved information regarding physical constraints & opportunities, possibilities for “green infrastructure” on the Upper Hillside, and a preliminary land use & infrastructure plan for the Upper Hillside

Drafts of the framework plan will be made available for public review prior to the third set of public workshops, which will occur this winter.
