Planning and Zoning Commission Review Continues

The Hillside District Plan public hearing was held before the Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) on June 15. Following the preparation of an Issue-Response document, the PZC began deliberations on the Hillside District Plan on August 31. A subcommittee of commissioners was identified to work with staff to bring recommendations back to the full PZC.

PZC deliberations were originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 16. However, the subcommittee has not yet had the opportunity to resolve all outstanding issues; furthermore, one member of the subcommittee is unavailable on September 16. As a result, the September 16 PZC meeting has been cancelled and commission deliberations on the Hillside Plan have been rescheduled to Monday, October 12, in the Assembly Chambers of the Z.J. Loussac Library at 6:30 p.m. The Hillside District Plan is expected to be the sole case scheduled for that evening.
