Upcoming Planning and Zoning Comission Review

On June 15, 2009, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on the Hillside District Plan Public Hearing Draft (PZC Case No. 2009-090).  The public hearing was closed the same evening.  The deadline for comments was extended through July 6. 

The Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to deliberate and take action on the public hearing draft on Monday, August 31, at 6:30 p.m. in the Assembly Chambers of the Z.J. Loussac Library.  

After the Commission takes action on the Plan, a recommendation will be forwarded to the Municipal Assembly in the form of a resolution.

The Commission was originally scheduled to take action on August 17.  Due to the large volume of comments received, more time was needed to address the issues in an issue-response document for the August 31 meeting.  The document will be available for review soon after August 17.
